Windows AD - Authentication drop down not there in Infoview
When i log on the CMC i get the drop down and my login and password works, I set up the Windows AD in CMC and it says it is enabled
 
Delete the WHOLE Catalina folder.

I'm not sure why this wouldn't be working for you. Also, I don't have access to the original BO XI, which is what it looks like you're using. We're currently on XI 3.1, which is set up somewhat differently. As much as I hate to say it, you may need to open a support case with SAP in order to resolve this. Also, have you tried asking this question on BOB? ( They may be able to help you with this.
