We have windows 2000 network with a netscreen 5gt firewall and use netscreen remote to access. I can get outlook/exchange connection. Browse te internet via the site proxy server , but when I try to map a file I get a network error message, and whan I try to access a driv ethat was previously mapped while connected on the network, I am prompted for a user/password. If I enter a user/password i get the multiple connections not allowed message. I beleiv ethat it is the cached credentials issue with third party vpn software...does anyone have experience of this?

I haven't seen this issue before. But what version of firmware
are you using?

and can you post your config .

Hi there...we have win 2000 sp4 and xp clients fully patched with the latest updates. The netscreen remote is ver 10.3.3 build 4.

Cheers
