Windows 98 Security Update

I have a Gateway Notebook with Windows 98 SE and a Celeron 333 MHz processor. I had done a number of security updates and somehow had skipped MS04-018/KB823353, as shown with running Trend Micro Internet Secuirty 2005. When running Windows Update (

the "missing" update (MS04-018) does not come up. How can I ensure that I am covered for this update and if prior (for OE 6, MS04-013/KB837009; for Microsoft Jet Database Engine ver 4.0, MS02-014/KB837001) and subsequent updates (for Win 98, MS04-023/KB840315; MS05-001/KB890175 and MS05-013/KB891781) would account for this "missing" update?
