windows 8 CitrixOnlinePluginWeb is not working

I work remotely from home sometimes and I use Citrix client.
I have just purchased a new laptop and it has windows 8 installed.
I have tried to install CitrixOnlinePluginWeb and CitrixOnlinePluginFULL
both fail and I do not know what to do:


Citrix online plugin application
There is a problem with this Window Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I have been on the citrix website that is when I downloaded the full version but I am still experiencing problem

Try right-clicking on any actual Setup.exe and selecting the "Run As Administrator" option? Do so even if your user is an Admin.

I have solved the problem or it fixed itself.

It could be one of those ICT problems I do not understand I call these computer gremlins.

Anyway remote working is working on Chrome.
