I have a Nortel WSS 2360 managing 5 2330A access points. We have many Windows XP, Mac, Linux, iPhone, and other devices connecting to the WiFi just fine. I cannot get Windows 7 Laptops (Lenovo, Intel WiFi Adapter) to connect to the WiFi. I believe we also had this issue with a Vista Laptop, but we never deployed Vista, so it never mattered. Am I missing a setting / is there a bad setting in our configuration that is giving Windows 7 grief? Any help would be appreciated.

Kevin

I would upgrade the code on the WSS before going much farther. 4.1 is insanely old. I have Windows 7 on my device and have had no issues with 6.0 or 7.0 code revs.

Unfortunately, upgrading is not really an option. The vendor who sold us the Nortel Equipment is no longer in business. The only other local vendor for Nortel equipment (ATT) cannot even tell us how much it would cost to get support contracts. I tried with ATT for over a year on our BCM to get them to give us pricing for support / upgrades.

If someone could point me to a national Nortel distributor (other than AT&T), or an online distributor that will actually be able to provide me pricing for support and / or updates, I will gladly get the updates for the WSS.
