Windows 7 Version of Operator Workstation

Hi All

I have managed to get operator workstation on Windows 7 working on about half of our operator installation. Out of the 12 we have 6 work and of those 6 they all have the R7A version of the CTI adaptor and it would appear that Certain Windows 7 builds do not work when connected to older versions of the CTI adaptors.

Has anyone else had problems getting OWS to work on Windows 7 with older versions of the CTI adaptors? Just checking if i am barking up the correct tree? LOL

Further Updates for you all.

You can get DNA / OWS to run on windows 7 64bit platform / 64 bit OS / 32 bit DNA install.
Caveat the Ericsson CTI boxes need to be ZAT 505 120/1 R7A or newer. Anything in our setup before R7A is or has been problematic.
