Hey all,

Have a new Windows 7 PC. Old PC was XP. Moved ext. modem from Win XP box to Win 7 box. Installed Procomm and checked terminal settings etc. Procomm won't even begin to dial. The error appears:

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Windows Telephony Warning!
A Telephony resource is temporarily unavailable.
A non-TAPI application may be using the line.
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whassup with that? Any one run in to this before?

I had to run Procomm in XP mode on my Win7 PC to get it to work right. I think the software is too old unfortunately. Procomm is an awesome app, hated to see it go by the wayside.

I still use it here and there, but I have switched over to SecureCRT.
