Windows 2k User Restrictions - NOT

On a standalone Win2k machine, users who are members of the Guest or Users groups have absolutely no problem installing software on the machine....this is not what the description of the default policies implies....is there some way to have these policies enforced?

Thanks Karl...but I already took that route (dead end) there doesn't seem to be anyway to remove that particular right. There are plenty of other restrictions available there - things like &quot;installing printer drivers&quot; and &quot;log on locally&quot; but nothing to prevent anyone from installing whatever the heck they want - except disk quotas - but that only limits the space used, not what goes into that space.
