Windows 2003 User setup

Are there any scripts to download from windows 2000 SBS the list of users (including login details, passwords, E-mail addresses etc) and then another script to upload all that information into Windows 2003 Server with Exchange 2003. The number of users is approximately 75 and therefore would take some considerable time to perform this manually.

Any Help would be appreciated
