Hello,
Need some guidance to figure out what it going on with our remote printing situation with windows 2003 server and terminal services.
For some users when they remote into our server, they are able to see all the printers on their local machine and be able to print to them. For other users they cannot see their local printers on their computer nor can they see any remote printers from the server.
I have checked to see if there is maybe a permission issue but even if the user is set to the same permissions as the one who can print there is still no difference. I also found a registry hack from microsoft that is suppouse to allow the printers to appear but that didnt seem to resolve any of the issues as well. Just seems odd that some can print and others cannot and they all have the same user permissions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I can try to clarify things more let me know. Hoping this makes sense for everyone.
Thanks
