Windows 2003 Server / Remote Access Server

I have a Windows 2003 server configured for VPN remote access. It currently authenticates with AD. I have a few clients that I would like to offer a site-to-site VPN tunnel so they can store and retrieve files on my server. I can currently allow individual users, but I want the entire office to have access without having each person connect directly to the server. Ideally I would like to have a device similar to a Zywall ( or NetGear ( device at my client location then have the device authenticate against my RAS server. If anyone can help point me into the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

Sonicwall works great and are relatively inexpensive for their capabilities.
