Windows 2003 Server 64-bit does not support IP Office Manager 4.0 and will not allow us to load the software, (the Administration suite.) We get a message saying it must be a 32-bit OS and terminates the install. however, we are able to install the VM Pro application and it appears to run fine. Very strange.

Any thoughts?????

Another machine in all honesty. Either that or Manager could be installed on another machine on premises.

I would be careful any issue resulting on the 64bit machine with VMPro may be greeted with comments such as its "NOT SUPPORTED" which can prove annoying.

Do it right from the beginning save your self time and hassle. Then if need be you can upgrade firmware & VM Pro when 64 bit is then supported.

All in my opionion of course.

Avaya have had vm issues on 64 bit machines.

Again not supported.

ACI - IP Office Implement

we had this issue and it turns out that the .NET was what would not install and we downloaded a 64-bit version and everything has worked fine.
