I have a created a new GPO in Windows 2003. I have the wallpaper, screensaver, prevent users from changing default webpage settings, folder redirection applied. PC's in this building, everything works fine. PC's on different subnets, get all of the policy settings except the folder redirection and the default home page. What am I missing? I'm stumped because it gets part of the policy but not all.

Could it be that the connectivity between buildings is not adequate for GP to propogate? Some policiy settings will not, by default, propogate over a slow link.
