Can someone tell me if Windows 2003 servers should point to themselves for dns or at an alternate server?
e.g, two dns active directory servers in one ad domain, a points to a for primary, a points to b for its secondary.
vice-versa
According to Microsoft this is the case, but I have found the only way I can get dns to work correctly is to get a to point to b for primary, a point to a for secondary.
b points to a for primary, b points to b for secondary
thanks
