I have a Windows 2003 server and I've lost functionality of some key services. Server service, Computer Browser..these won't start and periodically RPC drops off. Task Scheduler won't stay running either...any ideas?

How about safe mode? Have you tried that to see if it acts any differently?

Sorry for getting back so late...but after posting this thread, the very next day all services were running fine. Spooky box, but this Server had been acting up for some time until I finally posted the issues.

Not sure what it was, but the necessary services are now working fine.
