*** Windows 2000 Workstation Restarting ***

I have a Compaq Deskpro P800 installed with MS Windows 2000 Professional (with SP3) which restarts itself.

The message on the blue screen which appears is "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED", and it is only displayed for a second before the PC restarts, so I cannot view more information.

I've attempted to start in SAFE MODE, but the same thing happens. It appears impossible to get to the logon screen to try something else.

Any ideas from anyone will be much appreciated.
