Windows 2000 view settings

Is there an option in Windows 2000 that will set the default view of all the windows to Details?

in windows explorer

make sure the current folder you are in is displayed like you want it to be displayed.. then


tools > folder options > view tab > click LIKE CURRENT FOLDER in the "folders views box"

There is only 1 option under Tools in Windows Explorer, and that is Synchronize. Any other way to accomplish this?
