Windows 2000 Upgrade on IBM Hardware

Hi Folks,
i tryed to take an inplace Upgrade on some IBM Servers (x345, Netfinity 5500)
All Systems are installed with Windows NT4 SP6a an the newest Firmwareupgrades. I prepare the systems with the Update Express CD for the upgrade.

After upgrading the Servers to W2K SP3 with a CD thats includes SP3, no Keyboard or Mouse is present.

I delete the devices, an reboot the Servers - no change
I change the IRQ of the Management Board to IRQ 5 - no change

I the System is in Textmode, like when the Server starts, Keyboard and Mouse works.

Any tips ???

update the bios to the latest version on the server. I had the same issue. It resolved mine.

Can I ask if you get resolutions over 800x600 16 colours available on the Netfinity 5500 / Windows 2000 ???
