Can you be more specific when you say "at the network part". Does the machine get through the POST? Does it ever get to the Windows splash screen? Let us know exactly where it hangs.

Is this machine a domain controller. I've seen this problem and it usually points to a DNS problem.
Try removing the network cable and boot into safe mode (not with networking). Go into the TCP/IP config on the NIC Card and make sure DNS is configured correctly. It should be a server on your domain. If it is set up to point to a DNS server on the Internet, that could be what is hanging the machine. It could be querying external DNS servers for your internal domain, and of course, not finding it

I have tryd that and ist not working i boot into safe mode no network and t takes ages to load then i get a message
"!unable to log you on because the netlogon service is not running on this machine

1. We have had am identical problem last year. The problem was the APC parachute software release 6, which had some problem with the Java certificate. I don't think this is your case because one year is gone, but..

2. However starting in safe mode, you should be able to

I hope you find this post helpful.

Is this a member server or DC? Are you trying to log onto the domain or the local machine. If domain, then try logging onto the local machine and vice verse.

I have seen this as well on a Citrix server of mine. Orignally I thought the IMS was corrupt but it turned out to be garbage in the spool file. You might try stopping the print spooler from another DC and then deleting the stuff in the spool file.
