On Windows 2000 how can you tell if the PC has been restarted.
Can you tell by Event Viewer or some where in Computer Management?
Sometime users are telling me they restarted and I don't think they have so I want to be able to easily tell if they did.

Thanks

Is there anything in Event log that is easier than loading another software?

dcj,
event 6005 - the event log service was started - also, event 6009 and event 6006? you should see these 3 when ever a pc has been restarted.
hth

longhair
