Windows 2000 professional Logon Screen Not appearing 1

I have a 2000 professional desktop system and after installing the SP4 I am not getting the logon screen at all. The system boots to operaing system and taking to desktop. There is no logon screen where I can enter the user id and password. What could be the problem?

Security Options
Check that "Disable CTRL+ALT+DET requirement for logon" is NOT enabled
