I have got 3 machines(servers) with windows 2000 server, and 10 machines (clients) with window 2000, the clients will only be accessing one of the servers, the other two servers will also be accessing the same server. What licenses do I need?

I have licences for all operating systems.

And have 10 per seat licenses. Do i need two more for the two servers?

You need no additional licenses. Windows 2000 comes with its own CAL (client access license) which covers inter-workstation and inter-server communications.

As long as your running in per-seat mode on the servers, you should be fine,

However, if you've changed it to per server, you'd
need client access licenses for each server in
per server mode.
