Windows 2000 keeps rebooting

Hi. I need help urgently. I have windows 2000 workstation that i installed a badging software. It has been working well since. Recently the operating system developed a fault, when i try to start it shows the windows 2000 startup screen and before showing the blue screen for booting, it restarts. It keeps restarting without getting to the logon stage. Pls assist; I have a license on the machine i cannot lose.

In Recovery Console do a chkdsk /r

Hi ,
I have server that houses user files. I want to synchronise a folder on that server to another folder on a different server, so that both servers have the same data. Any ideas?
I need help on this urgently.
