Windows 10 with CXi 1

having problems accessing the CXi with windows 10. I can ping ok but browser says error certificate but works ok with windows 7.
what could be the issue here ?

What software version are you running on the CXi? This is likely to be a browser issue.

Are you Internet exp[lorer or edge(I think its called). Edge is probably not supported...

Pretty sure edge is supported but only on MCD 7.1 + 7.2

You have to install the certificate on the Windows 10 machine, place it in Trusted Root Certificates.

Answers to all your above Questions:

1) The CXi is currently on ICP R9 and am trying to upgrade it to 4.0 SP4 then to 7.2 using the Installer tool

2) Just checked and looks like its Edge. how do I change it ?

3) How do I install the certificate on the windows and place it in which trusted certificate ?

Dunno but windows 10 does come with an option to use internet explorer...click on all apps and look under windows accessories.

Once you have the log in box there are instructions on hoe to install the certificate.

2) I'm running Windows 8 on the laptop I use to program SX200s & MiVoice Business. To change Edge, open up IE then go to Tools>F12 Developer Tools> You will see Mode in a drop down box. Click on the drop down and you will see the various versions of IE available. How do change this setting in W10 will be different but you can probably do a Google search to find the exact instructions.
