Windows 10 update broke Manager

Hey all. My Windows 10 has been working great until this last update. Stupid Windows auto updated on me and now Manager won't start. In the past I've been able to uninstall and reinstall but now Manager won't start at all. I even rolled back the update without success. All other Avaya programs work fine.
Any suggestions.

Search the system logs and find out what the reason may be.
Could be a .net issue

Uninstall, run a reg cleaner like CCleaner, reboot, reinstall.
