Windows 10 Element Manager Install

Hello All!

I installed JAVA on the machine and then managed to install Element Manager on the machine after waiting for a long delay before the install selection screen presented itself. Java is version 8 update 201. I then went into the security settings and allowed for both http & https from the BCM to be allowed access. This allows the Element Manager to open but each time I select the BCM, it says it cannot determine the type of unit and will not access the BCM? I know that in the steps to install the Element Manager there was some reference to not finding something and that step may have been skipped. In going through the system I looked to see where the program was so that I could uninstall and re-install it but it doesn't even show up in either an AVAYA or a NORTEL folder?
Suggestions?

Follow the attached guide and remember to check that all references to "MD5" are deleted in the java.security file. There are other references since the guide was produced.
