Windows 10 and CP Application Builder

IT just upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Attempting to open Application Builder, I get an error: Could not set COM security level, hr=80010119.

App Builder build version is 05.01.01.02.

CallPilot server, release 05.01.01
PEPs installed: CP501S01G11S, CP501S01G12S, CPSECPEP015S, CP0501SU001S, CP501S01G08S, CP501S01G10C

Anyone using App Builder successfully with Windows 10?

Avaya has a document which shows it is supported with callpilot 5.1 SU02 and above.

Let me know if you have a cite for that document. My AT&T tech can't find one with that reference relating to App Builder.
