Windows 10 & VMPRO 8

Have a client running VMPRO 8 on one of their standalone offcie HP PCs which is running WIN7 OS.

It crashed and they are going to replace it with a WIN10 Pro standalone PC.

I know Avaya wants everyone to upgrade to R11+ but this client is a small non-profit and won't spend the $$$.

If VMPRO 8 doesn't run well on WIN10 (w/ updates turned off) ... will VMPRO R9 run on WIN10 Pro?

VMPro needs to match the release of the IP Office it is connected to - so DON'T run VMPro R9 if the IPO is on R8.

Of course ... our techs would always match the CU SW w/ the VMPRO SW

R9 runs fine on win10.
