Windown 2003 Server / Visual Fox Pro Problem

We are currently setup using Terminal Services to Approx 35 users. 30 users all access a Visual Fox Pro Database through a TS session. We keep encountering fill being deleted/missing from the mail data directory. The software company has never encountered this problem before. I'm looking for any assistance that can be provided.

Note: We installed an additional layer of security to ensure hacking was not the problem. I can't be 100% sure we are not being hacked but I have taken measures that would lead me to believe this is not happening.

I was going to ask what Fox had to do with the mail - but did you mean main?
