Window tabs in the TaskBar

In XP when I open many IE windows the window tabs in the Taskbar condense into one tab with a number representing the number of windows I've opened. How can I disable this feature and go back to the win98/ME style? I know I can do it using TweakUI but can I do it in the registry or somewhere else?

Right Click on the taskbar and choose properties, on the Taskbar tab clear checkmark > Group similar taskbar buttons
If pro is the opposite of con, what's the opposite of Congress?
