I'd like to populate a few field in Metasolv, another windows program. I see I can use sendkey etc. to push items to the current window, but I don't see any way to represent a mouse button press in Aspect, only to interpret. Has anyone tried to use Aspect to imitate user input to a different windows application? Is there another language which would be better?

Virtual keys may be the answer, checking...

ASPECT can't send a mouse click, but you can likely make the dialog on the other end close and update by sending an Enter key (sendvkey 0x0D off the top of my head, I think), or by sending the proper hotkey for the button, such as sendkey ALT 'O' if the "O" in "OK" is underlined.

Thanks, I tried some of the virtual keys with sendvkey but I'm not having any luck simulating the mouse. Unfortunately, the application has to have mouse clicks, you can't tab over the key.
