Hi everyone, i have an issue with Window 2008 server 64bit
Some documents says that nothing is compatible with W2008 some other it is partly.
I already have a customer with VMPRO, CCR, Contact Store all on Win2008 and it works.

Now i am trying to implement Web Voicemail and during installation on WIN 2008 server and in the Custom choice where you select language, VMPro Full, VMpro client, Web Voicemail or Web Campaigns, the last 2 are not visible.

I did a sample run test on my desktop WIN XP and a Win 2003 server and i see them, but on Win 2008 server niet.

I am trying to find a documents on Avaya site and cant find any regarding compatibility with different operating system.

Could it be because i am running Win 2008 server in 64 bits mode?

Maybe this is the solution:

2.2.2 Web Campaigns Installation
The web campaigns component of Voicemail Pro requires IIS to be installed and running on the server PC.
1.Check that IIS is installed and running on the server PC.
· Windows 2008 Server IIS does not support legacy IIS applications such as Campaigns by default. This is
rectified by reinstalling IIS from the Windows installation disk and selecting Legacy IIS support during the
installation.
2.Check that the server PC can be browsed from other PC's on the customer network.
3.If the Voicemail Pro server software has not yet been installed:
· Run the Voicemail Pro software installation and select Voicemail Pro (Full).
· Select either Typical or Custom. If Custom is selected, ensure that Voicemail Pro Campaigns Web is
selected in the list of components.
4.If the Voicemail Pro server software is already installed:
· Modify the installed components and ensure that Voicemail Pro Campaigns Web is selected in the list of
components.

It won't be there if there is no IIS so i guess this does the same.
Deinstall vmpro and do the above.

Daudet,

I am about to install VMPro, CCR, and Contact Store on the same windows 2008 server as well. I have 2 questions.

1. How much Ram does your server have?
2. How did you make each application accessible through the network? What I mean is did you put them on different ports?

Thanks for any help.
