Win32 GUI Layout Creator 1

A few years back I worked with a very nifty program that let you create Win32 GUIs visually and save a file that you ccould then reference from some accompanying Perl modules. This made the development of Win GUIs in Perl very quick.

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this program / module combo.

Ok. I think that I've found it. It's Win32::GUI::Loft.
New problem, though... The only download location (that I can find) is gone.

If anyone else knows of a way to get this package or another one similar, that info would be greatly appreciated.

It turns out that the project is orphaned. Bummer...
If anyone knows of another WYSIWYG-type window creation gadget for Perl, though, that would be awesome!

Ok. I scrapped the GUI Builder idea...
It's just not out there.
