We have a peer-to-peer network running with a WinNT4.0 Server machine, several Win95/98 machines and one Win2Kpro machine.
When we start up the Win2KPro machine, we log in with a user name and password that are valid on the WinNT server.
On the Win2kPro machine, under NetworkPlaces, I can see every machine except the local machine.
On the WinNT Server, under Network Neighborhood, I can see every machine except the Win2KPro Machine.
I can ping the Win2KPro Machine from the WinNT machine, but I can't do anything else.
We are using TCP/IP, the IP addresses, subnets, and gateways are all correct. We have also entered a workgroup name, and it is the same for all machines.
We need to able to browse to this machine, and we need to be able to share folders on the Win2KPro machine with the entire network. What do we need to do?
