I am getting a message in Local Security Settings that reads...
"This setting is not compatible with computers running Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 or earlier. Apply Group Policy objects containin this setting only on computers running a later version of the operatin system."

The server is running Windows Server 2003 R2. It is a new server. It is current on all patches and updates.

Has any one seen this problem and solved it?

Thanks

I solved the problem!!!!

The machine in question was in an Active Directory OU that had a Group Policy applied to Local Security Settings I removed the un-needed Group policys from the OU and was able to make the changes needed on the machine.
