win2k3 firewall blocking development machine IE

Hi guyz, the firewall on my server is blocking my websites on my development machine. Can view when firewall is off though.
Any ideas?

Allow tcp port 80 (http) requests to pass through the firewall.

hi thanks smash, however this is already enabled. Computers outside my lan are fine accessing my web server. Its just when im trying to access my sites within my lan there is a prob. Its not DNS because when the firewall is shut down, i can access my sites on my lan sweet as.

So I have no idea what in firewall is causing this to happen.
