Win2K TS Server on WinNT Domain, shadowing problem

Howdy, thanks for taking a look. I am unable to allow a client to connect to terminal Server and shadow a TS user without Domain Admin and Local TSAdmin permissions, any lower setting and the connection is refused? Have tried different approaches, no joy. Input would be appreciated!

Trying to enable an offsite supervisor using VPN to shadow Call Center data input workers for problems.

Those two accounts have "Log on Locally" rights. Try giving the user Log on Locally rights and see what's happens.
