Win2k to Win2k3 VPN connection random disconnect

We never had any problems like we have right now with our VPN connection between our remote office.

The remote office is on Win2k3 and we are using the VPN connection built-in win2k and win2k3.

Now I have different event id on both ends.

On my end, I receive : Event ID 20111 ,(translated from french ) A remote on demand connection with the remote interface "Quebec" on port VPN4-4 have started correctly but haven't been able to terminated the connection because of this error: There was no answers.

On the win2k3 (remote office) server, I get a different error :
There's the event id we get (20097):
""A user was unable to connect on port VPN3-0. No more connections can be made to this remote computer because the computer has exceeded its client license limit.

Here's the second event id we get after the last one (20111) :

We used this vpn link between offices to get access from the remote office to our FMPRO server, does the fact that some users more than before use this link causing problems ?
I also get my e-mails to pass trought this VPN.

I don't find any problems related on my win2k like the win2k3 server say. Where should I check to make sure I don't have any problems with licenses ? I don't find anythings in event viewer.

The problem's haven't happened since 1 day and 1/2 but, I still have to find out what happening ?

Ive got the same error after a user did a request that take a little more time on our Filemaker pro 8.5 server.

On my side MTL SERVER: I GET EVENT ID 20111

What should I check ? Where I should see the license limit ?

No ones ever had this kind of problems ?

The VPN's using PPTP protocol.
