Win2K Terminal Server problem

I have a Win2K Terminal server and I am able to conect to it from any PC on my local network

But, when I connect to it from home through a IPSC VPN connection, I received the following error message.

Note: at the same time, I can connect to other W2K servers that their Terminal service are in admin mode

"the remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol. please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your server administrator"


please advice
