WIN2K SP2 Removing Games

I am trying to removes games from a WIN2K box. They are not listed under the ADD/REMOVE Programs(Accessories and Utilities). I have seen articles that address the C:\WINNT\INF\sysoc.inf file. They recommend removing the HIDE text in the old base components section. I have checked two boxes and cannot find the sysoc.inf file. I have searched for *.inf containing text HIDE, but still no luck.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you should have a sysoc.inf file

here's what mine looks like (SP4) if you want to create your own (can't imagine what would have removed it) - and yes you want to remove HIDE from the games entry to achieve your objective.
