hi,
is it possible to connect to a remote computer using mmc with remote computer's admin privileges?

Yes, but the MMC doesn't have this ability inherently - only the snap-ins such as Group Policy will allow you to connect to a remote machine. It depends on the snap-in to allow you to be able to login as the local machine. If you're prompted for username and password then just supply local admin credentials.

i did that, but i am not able to reset password on the remote system.
