Win2K Pro mach. doesn't power down correctly

I have a client that has a Win2K Pro pc that when you choose shutdown, the pc will rather restart as if you chose the restart option. This doesn't seem to happen all of the time, but it does occur. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks doctorcilantro, I'll try that fix today and see if it helps the sitaution.
