Does anyone know of an efficient way to create a backup print server? I have built the 2nd server but would rather not create each print queue 1 at a time. Is there a way to export/import all the queues and drivers easily? My environment Win2K Advanced server running AD. Thanks

Greg

I can help with part of your problem. If you export the registry keys from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\Standard TCP/IP Port\Ports
You can copy it to the new server to setup all of your ports at once. After you click on the file to import it you must stop and start the spooler service.

Thanks guy's. The Printer Migration tool worked like a charm, it must have saved me at least 2 hours of work.
