Hi,
I get following Networker error message :
"savepnpc: E:\DBLogs\dcs5_Log.LDF: cannot open (unknown error 32 (0x20))"
This results of a Backup of a SQL-Database. We do an online backup with following sql-command:
"isqlw -S server -E -i c:\tools\sql\backup_msdb.sql -o c:\tools\logs\sql\backup_msdb.log". This should create some Backup-Files of the database, which I normaly should save with networker.
But then I get the message above. But in fact no other then the backup process should have these files in progress.
Does anyone have an idea ???
Pls help me ! ! !

Error 32 is telling you that the file is already being used by another process.
You need to use the Legato Networker Module for SQL to back it up.

The file you specified seems to me like a database device-file (logdevice to be specific). These files are always in use by the SQL Server and can't be backed up from the filesystem by Legato, not even with the SQL Networker module, therefore the error 32. SQL Module works by connecting to the SQL Server itself when doing backups. Anyway, I asume that you are not using the SQL module but instead dump your databases to disk using the batch command in your post. Look in your "backup_msdb.sql" to see what SQL-commands youre running and where the backups goes...
The files to which your databases are dumped will not be in use by SQL Server and therefore backed with no error.
