Win2K Adv Clustering Issue

Hi I am having a problem with clustering, I have installed the clustering sucessfully on 2 win2k adv IBM xSeries server. However, when I shut down server one (primary server) to test failover to server b, I get an error saying "Cluster" (the name of my cluster) is not available. I have tried everything, Please give me some hints!!!!!!

Hi there.

Are you able to: from Cluster admin, move the group from A to B, instead of just doing a forcefull shutdown?
