win2003 installation problem

i downloaded the evaluation version of win2003.
the problem is that i am not able to execute the setup file.
it shows invalid "win32 application".
i downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit version of it.
copied it to CD using Nero CD burner.
copied it in both the format i.e. in data as well as ".iso" format.
both attempts were unsuccesful.........
i need this eval kit urgently....i would be greatful if some useful tips are provided.....

Hello!

Try to create a bootable CD and launch the installation before the system boots.
