win2000 & ASUS CUBX-E

Hi to anyone who reads this

Has anyone got the 'pleasure' of combining the above systems??? I was wondering whether I need to update the bios or not. The thing is the only bios updates from the ASUS site are beta updates, and they don't tell you what the update fixes/improves. The biggest issue I have at the moment is when I try and shut the machine down, the darn thing restarts. HELP please

I have an Asus CUBX-E and use win 2k pro
I have upgraded to bios 1008 beta 4 and everything works fine

don't forget to get the latests promise drivers

Could you help me some more please mate??? I've just been tothe asus website and it is saying that there is no beta versions of the bios for the cubx-e, where did you get yours from??? and any ideas where i would get the latest promise drivers from???????
