Win XP and Visio 2002

Hi

I have a valid copy of Visio 2002 which I was using under Win 98.

Now that I am running Win XP, I have installed it and now it is bringing up a Microsoft Office Activation Wizard telling me I have not activated my copy of Visio. I have 8 more tries left.

When I try to activate via the internet - it says my product key is not valid.

Any suggestions.

Call it in to Microsoft on their registration line. Since you already registered it once, your serial number is on file as an activated copy. It will not permit Internet activation again. After they confirm that you are the opriginal registrant, they will provide you a new number to re-activate your software. If the activation warning page does not provide you with a special telephone number for call in activation, Microsoft Viso support is at (425) 454-2030.
