WIN XP 32bit or 64bit?

How do you tell if your running 64bit or 32bit WIN XP? Where on the machine can you look?
 
Simple, the Windows XP 64bit isn't out yet. :) It's still in beta. It's not the software that determines the bits, it's the hardware. You need a 64bit processor to run in 64bit addressing mode.

You have Windows 2003 Server than can run Itanium based 64bit processing.
