WIN XP 32bit or 64bit?

Simple, the Windows XP 64bit isn't out yet. 
It's still in beta. It's not the software that determines the bits, it's the hardware. You need a 64bit processor to run in 64bit addressing mode.
You have Windows 2003 Server than can run Itanium based 64bit processing.

A few months ago, I posted the same question. One guy answered with following API. I haven't tried it by myself, One of my students tried, but having problem to find some DLL during compilation.
