I'm getting a dll error message and also lost drive "F", possibly from electrical storm. (using a Dell CPU) My question is how to redo drive F and and fix C drive with dll error. I work in a printing company and this repair is for our proofer which works with our Kodak Prynergy System.

which dll is missing and which version of NT4 is being used?

Problem window shows: C:\winnt\system32\nvcpl.dll

To keep our matchprint software to automatically print job to the next job to print to a large 5042 color printer I'm getting by using Control alt delete then close out the program windows and reboot matchprint program. looks like I lost drive F also.

if you still have the 'Kodak Prynergy System' installation disks, try copying the dll .

I always thought that the NVCPL.dll file was to do with the Nvidia control panel, do you have an NVidia video card in the machine? if so I would have a look at reinstalling the drivers.

The real world is not about exam scores, it's about ability.

Me too

What makes you think it is the Prynergy that has the problem? Does the software not work?
What is in the event log?
